He owns a 15:38 personal best in the 5K and could realistically break 15 this year.
One of the two best runners in Virginia did not run XC last year. One of those is Virginia high's Kelsey Harrington who burned up the track and won the Class 2 titles in the 1600 and 3200 this past season. Her personal bests of 4:57 and 10:37 boast well for a stellar XC season.
This race certainly lived up to the hype and then some. It could also go down as one of the craziest XC finishes we have ever seen at the state meet.
During the indoor and outdoor track season he has improved and notched an additional six PR's in the distance events.
This one is a must see! No one thought it was a race until it was and boy was it a race.
He is going to look to improve on that finish this year and hopefully lead his Bruin teammates to a podium finish at states.
Sometimes you need to put a sprinter into the 800 meter state final to make the race super exciting.

After a tough team loss at States last year you can guarantee that Naseh and all his Albemarle teammates are on a mission this year.

Being good at running apparently runs in the Pratt family. Jeremiah is of course the younger brother of Foot Locker finalist Micah Pratt and when you compare their times you see Jeremiah is slated for a big season this year.
This one was not expected but that of course makes it all the better.
Never count out the talented freshman in their first state race.
