The Western Branch boys have a new challenger this year in the form of the Northwest Region's Albemarle standing in the way of a potential third straight Group AAA indoor state title for Western Branch. Albemarle currently has the fastest 4x800 and 4x400 meter relays in the state and one of the best middle distance runners in Zachary Vrhovac and jumpers in Jordan Hill.
